Taking New Zealand’s ancient giant Kauri Tree and respectfully harvesting fallen pine cones and gum this gin is bright, fresh and full of pine and resin notes. Sweet mandarin balances this spirit, creating a gin that is packed with New Zealand in every G&T, MARTINI, and COCKTAIL.

A Grandfather’s Teaching

Inspired by Noel Bradley (Blair’s Grandfather) who is rumoured to have been one of the first to visit Tāne Mahuta (Lord of the Forest) and Hercules Nicholl (Blair’s other Grandfather) who grew the most amazing mandarin tree in the world. It was sweet, tart and cared for like his beloved wife.
