We have taken a classic London dry botanical recipe and creatively added botanicals that have the unique tastes and aromas found in spiced aged rum such as anise, vanilla, liquorice.
Then, aging in ex rum barrels, the gin gains more toasted notes and further rum complexities, the addition of seaweed give slight sweetness and a unique minerality.
Pearl Gin was created in ode to the seafarers of The Port of Ahuriri, a stone's throw away from our distillery and a Port stepped in rich history and a deep love for the Ocean.
The next batch of Pearl Gin will be ready for dispatch from Tuesday 19th September.
