We have thrown the classic London Dry gin style out of the window and created a contemporary, culinary feast of a spirit.

Bursting with yuzu lemon, pink peppercorns, toasted sage, roasted walnuts, grilled pumpkin seeds, panfried hemp hearts and sea salt, this is a gin that unloads a multi-layered sensory experience in every sip.

Inspired by our masterful Head Distiller, Cristian whom in his past life was the Head Chef at arguably one of the greatest restaurants in London  "The Providores".
