TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE

Delivery
All associated costs of delivery shall rest with the buyer unless agreed to by the vendor in writing.

Payment
Payment is due on the 20th after the end of the month of the invoice date. The buyer shall not be entitled to withhold reduce or defer any payment on account of claim, counterclaim, or set off. Any cost of collection will be for the account of the purchaser. Interest can be charged on overdue amounts.

The seller reserves the right to seek credit information on the buyer and provide credit reference and related information to third parties.

The seller reserves the right to register any amounts owing to be collected.

Claims
All claims for damages/short deliveries must be made within seven days of delivery.

Returns
Returns may be accepted at the discretion of the vendor.

Liability
The Purchaser shall indemnify the Company against any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, loss or damage arising out of any act or default or omission of, or any representation made by the Purchaser, or an employee or agent of the Purchaser.

Price
All prices are subject to any variation in freight and suppliers’ selling prices, which occur before delivery of the Goods and prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be filled at prices prevailing at the date of delivery of the Goods and the Purchaser agrees to pay the prices charged for all goods subject to being unsold.
