You must be of legal age in your country of purchase (18 years or older in New Zealand) to buy alcoholic goods from this online store, or tickets to an R18 Event. If you do not meet these requirements, it is illegal for you to place an order with us.

Ticketed Events - REFUND POLICY

If you are unable to make an event for which you've purchased tickets, we are able to exchange your ticket(s) to a future event being held by NDC, in the first instance. If the ticket value is less than your original purchase the price difference will be refunded, if the ticket value is more than your original purchase then an updated invoice will be emailed to you to pay the difference via our website. Tickets will not be confirmed until they are paid in full. 

If you are unable to attend a future event we will provide an online store credit to the value of the ticket(s).

We do require a minimum of 48 hours notice to offer the above options, if tickets are cancelled within 48 hours of the event and we don't have sufficient time to resell them then we are unable to offer credits, refunds or exchanges.

Ticket(s) can be transferred to other people and we may have a waitlist for the event, please contact us to see if we can arrange an exchange of your ticket(s) if required.
