Hot Cross Bun Martini

Recipe:

30ml Hot Cross Bun Vodka
30ml Lillet Blanc
30ml Grand Marnier
Stirred & Garnish with fresh lemon rind.

Method:

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice stir with bar spoon until its well chilled.
Pour into a chilled coupe glass.

Hot Cross Bun Mule

Recipe:

Muddled Fresh Mint
30ml Hot Cross Bun Vodka
30ml fresh Lime
30ml Apple Juice
Topped with Ginger Beer

Method:

Muddle mint in a glass with the vodka, add lime juice, ice , & apple juice .
Top with ginger beer, garnish with orange wheel & mint.

 

Espresso Martini

Recipe:

30ml Hot Cross Bun Vodka
15ml Brandy
30ml Coffee Liqueur
20ml Espresso
30ml Coconut milk 

Method:

Build in a shaker, add ice shake well , strain into a coupe glass.

The Easter Breakfast Cocktail

 Recipe:

30ml Hot Cross Bun Vodka
60ml Coconut milk
30ml Coffee Liqueur

Handful of fresh or frozen blackberries

Method:

Muddle blackberries in vodka, fill glass with ice, pour in coconut milk & top with coffee liqueur and garnish with frozen blackberries & a cinnamon stick.
