Method:

Add all ingredients to your chilled champagne flute, add Pol Remy & garnish with a lemon ribbon.

 

 

Native Dirty Martini

Recipe:

30ml Native gin
30ml Lillet Blanc
15ml Dirty international olive brine ( or Sicilian olive brine)
Stirred & Garnish with olives.

Method:

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice stir with bar spoon until its well chilled.
Pour into a chilled coupe glass.

Hot Cross Bun Mule

Recipe:

Muddled Fresh Mint
30ml Hot Cross Bun Vodka
30ml fresh Lime
30ml Apple Juice
Topped with Ginger Beer

Method:

Muddle mint in a glass with the vodka, add lime juice, ice , & apple juice .
Top with ginger beer, garnish with orange wheel & mint.

 

Espresso Martini

Recipe:

30ml Hot Cross Bun Vodka
15ml Brandy
30ml Coffee Liqueur
20ml Espresso
30ml Coconut milk 

Method:

Build in a shaker, add ice shake well , strain into a coupe glass.

OLD NAVY GIMLET

 Recipe:

30ml Navy strength gin
15ml lime cordial
30ml fresh lime

15ml rich simple syrup & dash of saline.

garnish with citric acid & lime peel.

Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice, and pour into a chilled  coupe glass.
