Welcome to 2025 and a new collaborative New Zealand Gin Day Souvenir Gin.

With botanicals gifted by distilleries from around the country and brought together by Sandymount Distillery, this year's New Zealand Gin Day Souvenir Gin is an umami modern gin with savoury spices, earthy florals and a tail of citrus.

Nose - mid intensity juniper front, with piney notes moving into herbs and spice with citrus at the end

Palate - Slight heat wrapping around the juniper front, savoury spices, then earthy florals, with umami and a tail of citrus. Medium to long finish.
