Pearl Gin
We have taken a classic London dry botanical recipe and creatively added botanicals that have the unique tastes and aromas found in spiced aged rum.
Then, aging in ex rum barrels, the gin gains more toasted notes and further rum complexities, the addition of seaweed give slight sweetness and a unique minerality.
Grass & Leaf Gin
This is a classic NDC Juniper-forward gin with a juicy sweet burst of Hawke's Bay Lemon Peel and Lemongrass, leading you to a distinctive and fragrant Kaffir Lime spice.
