A lightly crushed blend of Himalayan and Macedonian juniper leads a very classic London dry bouquet, light notes of citrus and New Zealand Kauri gum are bright and upfront, while New Zealand flaxseed and home-grown walnut bring a creamy oily mouthfeel.
